IT Support Engineer (Midtown, NYC)

Dynamic Data, Inc. (DDI) is a growing Technology Consulting firm located in Manhattan. We currently provide support for corporations of all sizes domestically and internationally. DDI has a three-pronged approach supporting its clients with tech support, e-marketing and development services

We are looking for a dedicated, personable, self-driven individual willing to work full time hours with some night and weekend work when necessary. Finely tuned people skills are a must as client correspondence must be maintained on a constant basis. Applicants should be comfortable in the following areas:

- Installing, configuring, and maintaining Microsoft Environments
o Exchange
o Windows Server 2003 & 2008
o AD, DFS, Terminal Server, DHCP, DNS, etc
- Microsoft Office Suites
- Networking and Security
- Video conferencing
- Blackberry Enterprise
- SQL Management
